Quality leader, hands still on the keyboard

I'm a Product QA Lead with 9+ years across manual and automation testing — web, iOS and Android — with deep exposure to FinTech, shipping & logistics, education, healthcare and IoT. I own quality end-to-end: from test strategy and planning through automation architecture to release sign-off.

Lately I've been building an agentic, AI-driven test automation solution with Playwright — autonomous execution that adapts to UI changes instead of breaking on them, cutting the maintenance tax that kills most automation efforts.

I lead and mentor QA teams, but I still design frameworks, write scripts, and dig into the edge cases myself. I care about the details that make automation trustworthy six months later — not just green on day one.

At a fast-moving Buy-Now-Pay-Later fintech, I built an agentic, AI-driven automation solution on Playwright that executes autonomously and adapts to UI changes instead of breaking on them — cutting the maintenance overhead that usually erodes automation ROI. It runs across the Customer, Merchant and Admin web portals plus the iOS & Android apps, wired into Jenkins CI/CD.
